Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Tattwho account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@tattwho.ink with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:

• The email, phone number, or Instagram handle associated with your account
• Whether you're a client or an artist account

We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login information
• Your follow/saved list (if you're a client)
• Your artist profile, portfolio, and posting history (if you're an artist)
• Any notes or messages you've submitted through the app

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records tied to a completed transaction), consistent with Stripe's own data retention policies.

Removing app access without deleting your data

If you'd just like to disconnect Tattwho from your Google, Facebook, or Instagram account without deleting your Tattwho data, you can do this directly from that platform's app settings (e.g. Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites).
